Sierra Collection
In contrast to the stark flat surfaces that are so
prevalant in todays kitchens, the Sierra Collection
offers the richness of paint or the charm of glazing
to create a one of a kind look that sets the customer
and M and J apart from the competition.
These five piece Mitered doors and drawer fronts are
constructed of solid wood stiles and rails and MDF raised
or flat centre panels, that when finished evoke the
charm of "yesteryear" by creating a warm,
cozy and inviting ambience that is only available from
M and J. Machined with a finger joint and assembled
with care and detail, M and J produces the strongest
mitered door you can find anywhere.
The Sierra Collection is available with an option of
hand laid glazes in a traditional technique reminiscent
of fine artisans of centuries past. After the glaze
is applied and hand rubbed to the correct patina a topcoat
of clear protective sealer is applied which ensures
long lasting durability and easy cleaning.
Your choice of colours in the Sierra Collection is
unlimited with sheen levels ranging from a 20 degree
satin finish to a high gloss polyurethane. The choices
also include M and J's unique and ultra rich Mother
of Pearl.
